HERE ARE SOME OF OUR MOST FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

"Are Posh Muckerz® really waterproof?"

 Yes they are!  The outer fabric of our Original Posh Muckerz® and Posh Muckerz® riding gloves has a waterproof rating of 5,000+ mmH2O (which gives a British Standard waterproof rating of 'very waterproof').

The outer fabric of our Lightweight Posh Muckerz® has a waterproof rating of 2,000+ mmH2O, which again exceeds the minimum British Standard for being classed as 'waterproof'.  All our zips and pocket linings are waterproof too.  In heavy rain, please make sure that you have your hood up (to prevent water running down the neck) and the zip storm placket fully fastened up.

"My size is out of stock in my preferred colour way.  Can you tell me when they will be back in stock"

Of course.  In our online Shop, where we are out of stock in a certain size and colour way, there is a link to "Email me when this is available".  

If you click on this link and provide the requested information, we will add you to our Wait List.  You will then be the first to hear when the requested garment is back in stock so that you can get 'first dibs'. 

There is always high demand for Posh Muckerz® and we hugely appreciate your support for our British brand and never take this for granted.  Our coveralls are hand-made with care in our factory in the UK and unfortunately this is a process that cannot be rushed!

"Can I order in bulk for my yard and have our company name and logo embroidered on the coveralls?"

Absolutely.  Please send us an e-mail with details of your requirements and we will be happy to provide a quotation for bulk customised orders.  We could even make the coveralls in your chosen colour ways to compliment your corporate branding.  Minimum order quantities apply.

"Can I order Posh Muckerz® coveralls without suede seat and leg patches as I'm not a rider?"

Yes.  Please send us an e-mail and we can make coveralls especially for you without the suede patches.  We have also previously made plain coveralls as a special order with all-Navy, all-Grey or all-Olive contrast trim, rather than our usual Signature Pink, Classic Blue, Tweed or Tartan contrast trims.

"Can you dispatch my coveralls or riding gloves quickly?"

Of course.  All UK orders are usually dispatched as soon as possible after receiving your order via tracked service.  If you need your Posh Muckerz® quicker, or wish us to dispatch your coveralls to outside of the UK, you can upgrade to next day delivery by 12.00 noon or international delivery.  These options can be selected at the Checkout page and include an additional delivery charge.
